    I can't find our reservations -

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so very glad that you stopped by with your planning question. It looks like your arrival at The Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up soon. How exciting! I am sure that everyone in your travel party is counting down the days until you arrive. Let's talk about how to find those magical reservation details so you can get back to finalizing your itinerary for the best trip ever!

    If the reservation that you are looking for is is Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation or vacation package, you can find this information in your My Disney Experience account. The confirmation number and itinerary details will be under the My Plans section of the My Disney Experience drop-down menu located at the top of the Walt Disney World website. If you do not have an account yet, Hakuna Matata. You can easily create one in just a few moments. After you create an account, you link your existing reservations with your name and confirmation number. Since you are looking for your reservations, I understand you may not have access to this information. If you are unable to locate the confirmation number through your email account, I suggest reaching out to a friendly Cast Member by phone with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. They will be able to help you retrieve all of your magical vacation details. If you booked your upcoming stay with a travel agency, you can also reach out to them for this information. 

    Do you happen to be looking for your dining reservation details? You will also be able to locate this information in the My Plans section of My Disney Experience or through the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. 

    And speaking of reservations, I want to drop a quick reminder to make your Disney Park Pass reservations if you have not already done so. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. This is a popular year to visit Walt Disney World Resort and some dates are filling up quickly. I would feel terrible if you arrived for your vacation only to find you cannot head to your favorite theme park. So don't delay, make your park pass reservations today! Once you make these reservations, or if you already have them, you can view them in the My Disney Experience app under the Future Plans screen.
