Cant find my reservation so I can print my tickets

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Veronica!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are delighted to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We are most grateful to serve on your PLANNING TEAM! WOO HOO!

I am so sorry you are not able to find your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Reservation details to print your theme park tickets. When you purchase tickets, Mickey Mouse and his pals always send an email that is associated with your My Disneyland Account. If you aren't able to locate your email, the next place to look is in your My Disneyland Account. To access your My Disneyland Account, please follow these very simple directions:

    1. Go to the main Disneyland Resort website.

    2. Login to your My Disneyland Account that can be found on the far, right-hand side of the main menu bar.

    3. Click Ticket and Reservation Details.

You should be able to see your theme park ticket information right here.

If your tickets are not already linked to your My Disneyland Account, my last suggestion would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member. I know a Cast Member will be able to access the information you need very quickly. PLEASE NOTE: When you call, you should expect a longer-than-normal wait time. Based on my experience, I recommend calling in the evening. I have found that the wait time is much longer when you call in the morning or afternoon.

I hope this information helps you in your planning! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
