I can't find my reservation for Epcot Center for July 12th. Can you help?

    Hi Jean! Welcome to planDisney!

EPCOT is my favorite of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and I can't help but be thrilled that you have chosen a day there. Even better, you will be there in just TWO days! It is great to blend my love of adventure on attractions like Test Track with my love of travel by exploring World Showcase. It's the best of both worlds!

Sometimes there is a glitch on the computer or the My Disney Experience mobile app where a Disney Park Pass reservation disappears temporarily. In my experience, if it disappears in one of those spots, it is usually still visible in the other location. The first thing I would try is logging in to your My Disney Experience account on the main Walt Disney World website, then going to "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. If you scroll down, you should see your Disney Park Pass reservation for EPCOT there.

If you don't spot it there, log in on the My Disney Experience mobile app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "My Plans." Hopefully, you'll see your reservation on that page. If you still can't see your reservation, I would make a new reservation for EPCOT that day since it looks like there is currently still some availability there. You can also give Disney a call and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985 for more assistance.

I hope this helps, Jean! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
