    i cant find where to make a payment online for my vacation package. my disney expeience does not show it anywhere. i am using a computer, not an app

    I'm so excited to hEAR you've got a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the horizon. I'm happy to help walk you through the steps to make a payment on your vacation package online. 

    First, you'll need to check and make sure your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is properly linked to your My Disney Experience account. Log in to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website, and then go to the My Disney Experience page. At the top of the page, you should see "Marcia's Plans and Tickets". 

    You'll see a "Resort Hotel" tab at the top of the page. If you don't see a "Make a Payment" tab, hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab and select "Link a Reservation". You'll then be given prompts to follow where you'll enter your confirmation number and the last name of the lead Guest on the reservation. 

    Once your resort hotel reservation is successfully linked to your account, there should be an option to "Make a Payment" near the top of the page. If you don't see the "Make a Payment" button immediately after linking your reservation, you may need to log out of your My Disney Experience account and log back in.

    If your reservation confirmation information is linked correctly to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to manage your vacation plans and payments all from one easy location. If you have any issues making payments, or have trouble linking your vacation package to your account, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for assistance by calling (407) 939-4357. You can also contact Guest Relations by email, using this convenient form. (You'll need to provide your reservation confirmation number when you call or send an email.) 

    Please note: If you used the services of an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, you'll need to contact them directly to arrange payment on your vacation package.
