Hi there, Deborah!
I'm so glad you popped over to planDisney with your question! The planning process is an exciting part of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Building the anticipation is half the fun!
The World's Most Magical Celebration is in full swing, honoring the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World! There is a little extra pixie dust spread throughout the parks, including
Beacons of Magic, where the most iconic structures in each park light up in new and enchanting ways! Let me just say.. You've never seen
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ like this before!
Deborah, I'm glad you've made your park reservation using the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System. I'm sorry that you're having trouble finding it in the
My Disney Experience app. Let me see if I can help. When you open the My Disney Experience app, click the menu button in the bottom right corner. Choose the option for "Future Plans." Here, you'll find any upcoming
Disney Resort Hotel stays, dining reservations and that trusty park pass reservation!
If you do not see your park pass reservation there, my suggestion would be to check that you received a confirmation email when you made the reservation. Each time you make a park reservation, you will receive an email from Walt Disney World Reservations with the subject line "Disney World Theme Park Reservation Confirmation." There will be a blue menu bar labeled "View My Park Reservations," where you can also find that elusive reservation.
If you're still not finding your reservation, you can go back to the Disney Park Pass Reservation and try again. One time, I did not wait for the page to load completely when making a park reservation for my husband and me. I realized when I did not receive a confirmation email that I must not have completed the process on my end!
Deborah, I hope this helps and you're able to locate that elusive park reservation!
Have a magical day and a magical stay,
Ashley
