    I can’t find the option to make a payment on my reservation. It’s telling me to pay the balance at check in

    Let's talk payments! I'm sorry to hear you're facing some trouble, but don't worry, I'm here to help. If you booked a room-only reservation at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you would have been charged a deposit equal to one night's stay at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your check-in. If that's the case, you won't see the payment option listed on your My Disney Experience account.

    Now, if you booked a vacation package with Theme Park Tickets and a Resort Hotel reservation together, you'll have been charged a $200 deposit at the time of the booking. In that case, you should be able to see a "Make a Payment" listed under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section of your My Disney Experience page.

    If you have trouble finding this option, we've got your back! You can reach out to the fantastic and friendly Cast Members at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line or use the Chat feature on the Walt Disney World Resort website or in the My Disney Experience mobile app to get in touch with Cast Members who are always happy to help. Pro tip: You don't need to keep the app open. Simply send a message, and you'll receive a notification when a Cast Member responds. So magical, eh?
