Let's get you ready to make your
theme park reservations. Head to your
My Disney Experience app. From your personal page with your name on top, scroll down. At almost the very bottom, you will find a Mickey icon next to
Link to Account. Click and select
Link Ticket or Passes. Here you can scan the code or type in the 12 digit id number. The number can be found on the back of your ticket under the QR code on the bottom left. If you received tickets via email, your confirmation number will be in your email. The confirmation number is your ticket id number. You can click on
Where is the ID number? under
Link Tickets or Passes to see examples of various tickets and the id number locations.
