We can't find a lot of details on the Deluxe Room - Club Level, Grand Floridian. Looking for floor plans, room layout, videos, photos - to give us an idea of what we have booked for our trip of a lifetime! Can anyone help?

    Welcome, Judy!

Thanks for bringing your important questions to planDisney in advance of your incredible stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. This is Disney’s flagship resort, and adding a Club Level room with amenities to your vacation is truly the best of the best at the Walt Disney World Resort! As a Disney Vacation Club Member, this is my “home” resort and I’m thrilled to share more details with you so you can know what to expect for a stay that's practically perfect in EVERY way.

Your room type “Deluxe Room – Club Level” sleeps up to four adults plus one infant. The room is 634 square feet and will be in the main building of the resort. The standard bed configuration is two queen beds, and the one bathroom has a tub/shower combination in addition to the double sink vanity. You can find a few photos on the details of this room type here. The room layout will include a sofa, chair, and coffee table plus a few chairs and a small café table in the living room space near the television and dresser. These rooms are also equipped with a bar sink and small refrigerator, a ceiling fan, and a large closet. Your room will have a balcony with additional seating for two outside overlooking the stunning grounds of this magical setting.

The Club Level distinction grants you access to the Royal Palm Club, a special reception area with food, snacks, and beverages included throughout the day. With the proximity of your resort to Magic Kingdom Park, you can easily slip back for a midday refreshment before heading back into the theme park for the evening. While offerings will vary, the spread does include alcohol and is organized as:

    • Our Grand Beginnings: 7:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
    • Mid-Day Delights: 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
    • Afternoon Tea: 2:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
    • Twilight Refreshers: 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
    • Grand Indulgence: 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Be sure to take advantage of the wonderful concierge service included with your Club Level stay, Judy! This special team can assist you with many aspects of your Walt Disney World vacation, including reserving your dining, purchasing theme park tickets, or serving as your personal go-to for any questions you have on site.

An exclusive offering available to you is the ability to reserve Disney’s Minnie Van Service both to and from the Orlando International Airport. This costs $199 (US Dollars) each way for up to six Guests and is not included with your stay, but this personalized transportation is only available to Club Level Guests at this time. You may book anytime by calling 407-939-7777 from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST, seven days a week and not reserved through the traditional Lyft rideshare app.

I hope this helps you understand more of what to expect in your fabulously “grand” vacation, Judy! I’m thrilled for you to experience the style and relaxed atmosphere of this magical resort. Please come back and see us with any additional questions you have as you prepare for this trip of a lifetime!

    Wishing you a grand stay,
