I can't find any information about my upcoming Disney trip on the site. There was information about it when I checked a couple of months ago. What's happened?

    Hi Lynetta,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out!

Have you signed into your My Disney Experience account recently? I think that is the first step. If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account, I suggest you create one because it’s a great digital resource for all things Walt Disney World Resort. From linking Theme Park tickets to creating dining reservations to seeing wait times, you can do it all! There’s also a mobile version that you can download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Once you’re in your My Disney Experience mobile app, I suggest you check your Disney Resorts Collection hotel and Theme Park ticket reservations. You can do this by selecting the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner of the app. After you select those lines, it’ll take you to a screen with a number of boxes and you’ll want to select either “Tickets and Passes” or “Resort Hotel”. If your reservations were already linked in My Disney Experience, you’ll see them in those respective areas. If the reservations aren’t there, Hakuna Matata, you can link them really easily. You’ll just need the confirmation email you received at your time of booking. Once you’ve located the email, you can add your Theme Park ticket ID and/or Disney Resorts Collection hotel confirmation number into My Disney Experience to link them to the app.

If for some reason, the linking process doesn’t work or you can’t find your confirmation email. You’ll want to reach out to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or Existing Tickets help desks. By providing the Cast Member your email address, they should be able to help you with your reservations. After everything is linked, don’t forget to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. In addition to your tickets, a Disney Park Pass reservation is needed each day you want to visit the Theme Parks.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare to visit the World's Most Magical Celebration in March. If you have further planning or vacation questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
