I can't find any information about the specific hours for the evening Extra Magic Hours. Everything says it's "1-3 hours after park closing." Can you tell me what is usually done? Is MK normally an extra 3 hrs? How about the other 3 parks?

    Hi Tomara,

You are among many who have this same question and yes, Walt Disney World does advertise the "Evening Extra Magic Hours" to be 1-3 hours after park closing, but to be honest with you I have always witnessed the 3 hour time extension at each of the parks and nothing less than that.  I have been to WDW many, many times and during "Value" season to "Peak" season and still have not noticed less than 3 hours extra after park closing.  I would count on 3 hours for the norm and if you are in doubt or want to reconfirm, I suggest asking a cast member when you arrive for the "weekly" Extra Magic Hours Times Guide which will list for you all the parks, which days they will each offer the EMH's (mornings and evenings) and the exact amount of extra hours that will be offered on those specified evenings. Have a great trip!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
