    I can't find the fast pass or genie pass information.

    Welcome to planDisney, Jessica! I’m glad you came to visit us with your question! Disney Genie+ is now known as Lightning Lane!

    Lightning Lanes are a great way for Guests to experience attractions and entertainment when visiting the Disney Parks! They save Guests time waiting in line and allow you to experience more of the magic offered in the Disney Parks!

    Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel can purchase Lightning Lanes seven days before their vacation arrival date. Other Guests can purchase their Lightning Lanes three days before their theme park visit. If purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you can select three initial Lightning Lanes. One of my favorite features of Lightning Lane Multi Pass is that you can continue to make Lightning Lane selections (pending availability) as you use Lightning Lanes.

    You can find helpful information and videos about Lightning Lanes on the Walt Disney World Resort website using this link. Lightning Lanes can be purchased using the My Disney Experience app.
