Can't find expiration date on multi day tickets I bought in 2021.

Hi there, Antoinette! Welcome to planDisney. We are so happy you found your way to our little corner of the magic.

While I don't have access to Beast's magic mirror to take a look at your tickets myself, I can point you in a few directions to help find that expiration date! If the tickets are still active, they should show up in your Disneyland account on the website or within the Disneyland Mobile App. When you open the app, head to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets & Passes". If you can still see the tickets, the expiration date is usually printed just below the barcode. Another place you can check is by pulling up the original ticket purchase confirmation email. A good, old inbox search! I recently searched for "Disneyland Confirmation" to find similar information about a ticket I had purchased. If you scroll through the ticket information, you should see the expiration date included. For tickets purchased in 2022, I know that multi-day tickets have until January 12, 2024 before they expire, so while I can't see the exact expiration date for your particular tickets, most Disneyland tickets come with quite a long runway for that magic carpet!

If you are still having a hard time locating the expiration date, I would give our Guest Services team a call. Have your account information handy, or better yet, the ticket confirmation numbers, and they should be able to help you! The beauty of a Disneyland Resort ticket is that there is a little spark of magic built into each one that never fully burns out. Even if you find that your tickets have expired, you can always put their value towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or higher value!

No matter when you decide to return, there is sure to be magic at every turn! If you are considering staying at Disneyland Resort Hotel, several beloved perks have just made their grand return! Early Entry allows hotel Guests to enter the parks 30 minutes ahead of park opening, so you can head to some of your favorite attractions or take photos in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle before the crowds set in. If you find the perfect souvenir but don't want to carry it around all day, most merchandise locations can arrange for next-day delivery directly to the merchandise location at your hotel! Finally, we are eagerly awaiting some additional news on the added benefit of preferred dining reservations! While we don't have the details quite yet, it looks like hotel Guests will have access to some coveted dining reservations held just for them!

Antoinette, the magic awaits! If you have any more questions in your planning, you know where to find us here at planDisney
