Karen, the
Disney Genie Service is a complimentary service that allows guests to choose attractions, experiences, and even dining preferences to help you plan a practically perfect day. To summon the Genie, you'll want to click on "My Plans" from the home page of the
My Disney Experience mobile app, then select the day you are planning to visit (be sure you have linked your valid theme park admission and your theme park reservations, if required for your ticket type, to your account beforehand). Once you've selected your day, you should see an "Add Preferences" option for the day; here, you can choose your top picks for the day, and the Genie will offer you suggestions for how to best plan your day at the park! The Genie will also offer additional selections that you might like based on the preferences you selected, and there's also a feature in the app where you can view your plans on a map to get a sense of how to navigate the theme park you'll be visiting!
