    I can't find my castaway club ID. Please advise.

    The Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club is a way of recognizing loyal Disney Cruise Line guests. If you’re looking for your Castaway Club ID, that can only mean one thing: you’ve completed at least one magical Disney Cruise. I'd be happy to help you find your Castaway Club Member Number.

    Sign in to your Disney profile on the Disney Cruise Line website. Navigate to the Already Booked tab and select “My Profile” under the My Account heading. Click “Membership & Passes,” located right under Friends and Family. Your Castaway Club Membership level and ID are listed next to the anchor.
