    Hi- I can't find our annual passes. We used them just a few weeks ago. What do I do now? I can't find anything on the website. Thanks!

    Hi there, Stephanie!

    Because you're in the Walt Disney World ticketing system, it's an easy thing to replace a lost or stolen Annual Pass.

    Simply bring your photo ID - one for each Passholder (except for minor children) - to any Guest Relations window at the front of any Park or in Downtown Disney.

    You'll be able to get a replacement at that time, and use it immediately.
