Hi, Elizabeth! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question.
Oh, bother! It sounds like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans might be hiding behind a tree in the Hundred Acre Wood. We'll do some think-think-thinking and see if we can find them again!
Let's start by going to the
Walt Disney World website and signing in to your
My Disney Experience account there. When you're on the home page, look for the blue text that says "Sign In or Create Account" just above the menu bar and under the COVID-19 information. Click there and use the email and password associated with your account to log in. You can also click on "Forgot password?" in the log-in box if you need to reset it.
Once you've logged in, look for the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar, right under that blue text you clicked on to sign in. You can hover your mouse over it for a drop-down menu, or click on it to bring up a page with all of your vacation plans listed. Scrolling through that page will show you things like your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, the names of other Guests on your plans, your daily
Disney Park Pass reservations, and your theme park tickets.
You can also find your plans in the
My Disney Experience app on your phone. If you haven't downloaded it yet, it's free, and it's a great way to keep track of everything, even when you're in the theme parks. Once you've got the app installed, just enter the same log-in you used above, and all of your plans should "auto-magically" show up!
If you're still having trouble logging in or finding your plans, I'd go ahead and
call Guest Relations at the number listed for Website Support. A Cast Member will be happy to walk you through the process and find where your account is hiding!
I hope this helps you have a wonderful Disney adventure, Elizabeth. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
