My Disney Experience. You should be able to just update her date of birth in her managed account and submit without any issues (I just tested it with my daughter’s account to confirm there wasn’t an extra step we were missing). However, since it is not letting you save any changes, I wanted to check in with a Cast Member just to be triple sure! Based on your question, they recommended, and I agree, that the next right thing to do is to reach out to a Cast Member in
Non-Reservation Support over the phone. They can help you not only update your daughter’s account manually, but also troubleshoot any additional issues with your account so that you don’t have to worry about it in the future.
