I can’t enlarge our kids QR codes to share with grandparents. They can only see one grandchild on their side…

    Hi Shannon,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

Glad to hEAR you’re working on sharing your plans across your family’s My Disney Experience mobile apps. The Linking Code is a great way to do just that! If your family isn’t able to scan the Linking Codes in person, you can always take a screenshot of the code and send it to your parents or any other party members.

Once they receive the screenshot, under the QR code, they’ll see a “Manual Code”. Next, they’ll want to enter that Manual Code when they’re adding your other child. When making the addition, they’ll just click “Manually Enter a Code” and enter the code from the screenshot. Once complete, your child should be added to their My Disney Experience mobile app!

Remember that you can also utilize Disney MagicMobile Service. Through the My Disney Experience mobile app, you’re able to use MagicBand features with your phone. You just add the Disney MagicMobile pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and you’ll be able to unleash the magic. From Theme Park entry to linking your Disney PhotoPass images, you can do it with just the tap of your phone!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your adventure this summer! If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
