I have had a similar issue, and in that situation, it turned out that my vacation package was already linked, and as a result, I got that notice. If that is the case for you, check your “Future Plans” to ensure that your resort reservation is present along with any of your dining and theme park reservations. You can also check your
My Disney Experience account from your computer. Sometimes, you will find that everything is present, and because the mobile app may not be cooperating at that moment, the website will have everything listed and intact. Because your arrival date is approaching, if you continue to have issues, it might be a good idea to call (407) 939-4357 so that a cast member can assist you.
