    Hello fellow Granite Stater!

I'm somewhat partial to the Wilderness Lodge, the themeing reminds me of home!

However for your situation, I would recommend the Wilderness Lodge simply for the easy access to the Magic Kingdom (typically the favorite park amongst the little ones).  There is a boat that will bring you directly to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom, which is a great alternative to crowded bus rides.  Another plus to traveling by boat with the little ones is that you'll be able to keep your stroller unfolded and in-use (assuming water levels permit rolling access onto the boat).  Access to the other the other Walt Disney World theme parks will require bus transportation, and strollers must always be folded to access the bus.

The Wilderness Lodge has a nice playground, and a great swimming and toddler pools.  We've never been disappointed on our visits there!
