Can't decide whether to go to AK or MK on Christmas Day? In MK we mainly want to see afternoon parade, evening meal at Grand Floridian, then watch fireworks from there. AK would be breakfast at Tusker House, day in park, evening meal Rainforest Cafe.

I would say Paula that December 25th 2015 is sure to be the most magical Christmas Day you've ever experienced - after all you'll be enjoying the most jolliest of holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!
Although both itineraries you describe sound practically perfect in every way... for me there's no better place to celebrate the season than the Magic Kingdom Park.  My top tips are to arrive early in the day to get ahead of the usual high Guest numbers and to have reasonable expectations of a busy Christmas Day including a parade viewing, a delicious evening meal at Disney's Grand Floridan Resort and Spa ending up with watching the best fireworks display you're ever likely to experience from the Resort's beach area.
However spending a wild Christmas Day exploring the delights of Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is a terrific alternative plus both Tusker House Restaurant and the Rainforest Cafe are amazing choices of dining locations.
Many Guests begin making Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days ahead of their Walt Disney World Resort holidays; therefore if you haven't yet secured any ADRs for December 25th I encourage you to do so as soon as possible.
I'm sure whatever is finally decided upon you'll enjoy a tinseltastic holiday to Walt Disney World Resort making memories which are sure to last an entire lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
