We can't decide where to stay....kids will be 9 and 6...planning on going this coming summer...end of July or beginning of August. Are the deluxe resorts worth the extra money? Any moderate a favorite?? Kids love to swim.

A moderate resort your girls would love is Disney's Port Orleans Riverside. This resort is opening princess themed Royal Guest Rooms in March that you may book now for a summer stay. These rooms are designed for Princess Tiana's royal girlfriends to stay in when they visit and are beautiful. The headboards contain fiber optics that light up a fireworks display. Since your daughters love to swim they would enjoy the pool complex on Ol' Man Island.

A Deluxe Resort can be worth the splurge.  The resorts offer spacious rooms, unique touches(giraffes out your window at Animal Kingdom Lodge!), and convenience. Leaving the Magic KIngdom with tired children late at night and only having to hop on the monorail for a quick ride back to your hotel is often worth every extra penny.

Remember Lucianne any resort you choose at Walt Disney World will provide great service and atmosphere. You can not make a bad decision.
