If I'm reading your question correctly, you are trying to figure out the best way to Expedition Everest and Kilimanjaro Safari with little to no wait. When we visit, we head straight to Everest and grab fast-passes. Once that is done, we make our way back to the Safari where we typically walk onto that ride and enjoy the morning ride (I think this is a great time to enjoy the animals). Once done, we make our way back toward Everest but often check the wait time at Kali River Rapids first. If the wait is short, we try to sneak in that ride as well before Everest. And the best thing, Everest helps to dry off the water from Kali River Rapids!
