    I can’t connect my ticket on my app

    Hi, Sameer!

    Welcome, and thanks for bringing your Disneyland Resort question to us here at planDisney. It sounds like you’re eager to visit the magic of the Happiest Place on Earth!

    To link your valid theme park ticket to your Disney account, open the Disneyland mobile app and then tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the top.  Tap “Link Tickets & Passes'' and you’ll be able to scan the barcode for the ticket with your smartphone’s camera or enter the ticket ID number manually. If you’ve followed these steps without success, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you with linking your ticket.
