Hi Leann! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
The good news is you don't need to link the members of your party to book a
Dining Reservation. Whoever books the reservation will be the manager of the booking and it will appear in that person's
Disneyland mobile app.
After booking, if you'd like your reservation to be shared in someone's mobile app, you can link it using a desktop computer. I can walk you through that! You'll need the Confirmation Number and last name associated with the reservation, which you can find in the e-mail confirming your reservation or under "My Disneyland" and "My Plans" on the Disneyland website. Next, log in to the Disneyland account that wants to share the reservation on a desktop computer. Under "My Disneyland and "My Plans," select "Add More Plans" and choose "Link a Dining Reservation." Once you've linked the reservation to the Guest, it should show up on their app.
Reservations usually operate on a 60-day window and some locations are very popular, so be sure you book as soon as you can if you've got your heart set on dining in twilight at the
Blue Bayou Restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, for example.
Bon appétit!
Elizabeth
