    If you're trying to checkout on the Disneyland Resort Website for a resort hotel or ticket purchase, I'd suggest checking a few common errors to see if you can repair the issue yourself first. First and foremost, it can help to clear your cache and try again. Though I'm not sure of the science behind why this solution has such a high success rate, it is always nice when the fix is that simple! Another idea- be sure to double and triple check your payment information. If you're receiving an error message and can't seem to pinpoint the problem, it can often be found in the credit card name or number, security code or billing zip code. Be sure that all this information matches the information on your card! Another super high tech, extremely top secret tip? Try logging out of your My Disneyland account, then logging back in. Sometimes a simple reboot can go a long way. If none of my trusty dusty tricks help lead to the purchase of your dream vacation, it may be time to make a call to Star Command. Come in, Star Command (also known as a Disneyland Resort Cast Member).

    If the place you're struggling to checkout is shopDisney, you'll follow a different troubleshooting process. You can contact a Cast Member from shopDisney via phone or email. I'd still recommend confirming that your payment details are correct before calling in for assistance!
