    I can't change the icon for my wife. In fact I can't find a profile for my wife. Can you please help?

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Having all the conveniences of My Disney Experience have simplified our trips to Walt Disney World.  I'm always in awe of how much we can do through it from having our theme park tickets to our dining reservations to our FastPass+ selections and so much more in one spot.  For me this means no loose papers, tickets, and rooms keys getting lost in my purse!  To help you with technical issues with My Disney Experience, it may be best if you contacted Walt Disney World for assistance at (407) 939-4357.
