    I can’t book a reservation for theme park. I’ve already bought tickets. Waited on the phone for over 2 hours still on hold

    Hello, Darling and welcome to planDisney!

    Rest assured, we will solve your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket matter right now.
    Darling, I am going to need you to try to work on the disneyworld.disney.go.com website in incognito mode, and please change the country filter at the top right of the page from Canada to the United States - this seems to work well for me as a fellow Canadian Disney Guest. 

    To link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account:
    1. Go to disneyworld.disney.go.com and change the country filter to the United States.
    2. Look for “My Disney Experience” on the top right, roll over that and you will see in the dropdown “Dining, Resort hotel and tickets” please click that.
    3. A page will emerge titled, “Darling’s Plans and Tickets” select “Park Tickets.”
    4. When you roll over “Park Tickets” you should see two blue rectangular buttons, the first will read “Select Tickets” and the second will read “Link Tickets” click on “Link Tickets.”
    5. You will see “Please Enter Your Ticket or Pass Number” please enter the ticket number, and then if you have another ticket click on “+ Add Another ID Number” and so forth until you have linked all your theme park tickets.
    6. If you have a paper or email confirmation the ID Number will be above each Guest’s name, please use that Ticket Confirmation Number to add to the field and proceed through to confirmation.

    On the My Disney Experience App
    1. Open My Disney Experience.
    2. On the Home Page please look for the three horizontal lines on the bottom right and tap.
    3. On the next page you should see “Welcome Darling” and on that page please look for the field marked “Tickets and Passes” and tap on that.
    4. On the “Tickets and Passes” page you will see a short vertical barcode with “Link Tickets & Passes” please tap that.
    5. You will have the option to scan the barcode or manually input the ID Number for each theme park ticket, proceed to confirmation.
    If this doesn’t work for you, you will need to keep calling, usually in the evening, is when wait times are reduced, or you can email. Please use this contact Walt Disney World Resort “My Disney Experience and MagicBands” to email or contact by telephone.
