Hello Jesus and welcome to planDisney!

It is wonderful to see that you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for this summer. I was just reading a Disney Parks Blog article about what's in store for 2024 and it sounds like an amazing year to visit!

I understand that you are a bit concerned about your vacation package due date. According to the 2024 Disney Vacation Package Terms & Conditions, the full payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival or the reservation can be automatically canceled. Should you get near that 30-day mark and still be worried about your payment, I suggest calling or messaging a Disney Cast Member to advise you with your unique situation.

In the meantime, I would love to offer you a few of my favorite budget-friendly tips for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. First, keep an eye on the "Special Offers" page of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Discounts are released throughout the year and often times, if available, you can update your existing reservation to the new discounted price.

Also, depending on which Disney Resort Hotel category you booked, you may want to look through the resorts again and see if there is a more budget-friendly resort for your stay. My family just came back from a stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort in December and adored the updated rooms and large pool. We've also been known to do a split-stay, where we stay at a value resort for the first day or two and move to a moderate or deluxe resort for the end of our trip in order to save a little money.

Lastly, you can also save by buying fewer park ticket days. Some of my family's favorite Disney days are those where we stayed at the resort to enjoy the pool and the various resort activities. In the heat of your summer vacation, a day at the pool sounds incredible. Each resort offers its own recreational activities, but you can almost always find dance parties, scavenger hunts, pool games, crafts, a play ground, Movies Under the Stars, and more!
