I can’t access my photos from the cruise and would like to access them.

Ahoy there, Lainey! Welcome aboard planDisney!

One of the best things Guests can do in advance of their sailing is to pre-purchase Disney Cruise Line - Professional Photography for decent savings, and I am happy to hear that you captured some of these magical moments from your recent cruise!

Hmmm...but I see you're experiencing difficulties accessing your photos? Let's check the map and retrace our course just to make sure we haven’t missed a step!

To access your Disney Cruise Line photos, first sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account. Beneath the Already Booked tab, you should be able to navigate to "My Cruise Photos" to select this option to view and download your purchased photos! If you continue to experience difficulties, I'd set a course full steam ahead and contact Disney Cruise Line by email, selecting Cruise Photos in the subject line dropdown bar.

Remember that photos expire 45 days after the photos were taken, so I sure hope you can get back on course as soon as possible!

Thank you so much for your question, Lainey, and if you have any others please sail our way again here at planDisney!

May your anchor be tight and your compass true!
