Can't access photo section for my upcoming cruise on Navi app or online. I'm paid in full.

    Ahoy Nakieah!

Welcome back to planDisney! I SEA that you have an August voyage on the books. Hopefully that will mark Disney Cruise Line’s grand return to cruising, and you’ll be among the first Guests to sail with Captain Mickey from a U.S. port and to experience all the magic that’s included on a Disney cruise.

I’m glad you mentioned that you are paid in full on your cruise reservation. And judging by a prior question of yours, your advance booking window has opened already. So because of both those facts, you should be able to access the photo service options and pre-purchase a photo package to save some Disney dollars. On the Disney Cruise Line website, you would visit” My Reservations” and choose “Onboard Fun” to select the right photo package for your family. This can also be done now using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Pre-purchases must be completed up to 2 days before the start of your cruise.

I’m sorry that accessing the photos section is not working for you. Good news: you are still well within the time frame to make your package selections. But if you want to go ahead and finalize this, then I suggest you contact Disney Cruise Line and a Cast Member will be more than happy to look into this for you. Being a planner myself, I totally understand wanting to get everything on my cruise checklist done and when that doesn’t work out, it makes me what my family calls “twitchy.” And nobody likes it when mama gets twitchy!

While onboard, we like to go by Shutters Photography Shop before or after dinner to check out the newest photos from our daily activities. This onboard photo shop has both digital and printed photos available each day. Since we are talking about photo opportunities, the Disney Parks Blog came up with a list of picture-perfect spots on the ships. I also recommend the regal chair in front of the Cinderella mosaic near the Atrium Lobby; a porthole photo looking out at sea; and a photo at the funnel with the Disney Cruise Line logo lit up at night.

Say "cheese" and send us any additional questions here at planDisney as your cruise planning comes into FOCUS. Wishing you a fabulous sailing with Captain Mickey and his pals!

    SEA ya real soon!
