    I can’t access my passes, I can view my reservations for the upcoming months but unable to view my passes.

    Hi there, Desiree. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks again for taking the time to visit us! Based on the other questions you’ve sent in; it looks like you’re trying to figure out a way to view your Magic Key pass

    There’s a quick and easy way to see your Magic Key pass once you’re signed in to your Disney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the main page, locate the three small horizontal lines on the lower right corner; this will bring up a menu with many options. Tap on “Tickets and Passes” on the upper left corner. Here, you will be able to see information pertaining to your Magic Key Pass, including the unique barcode, how many days remain on your pass, as well as its expiration date.
