Can't access my e-ticket. Link is broken. Purchased before Covid. Why are you making this so hard for the customers? And please don't tell me I have to fly all the way from Canada just to access my tickets.

Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Dannith!

Thank you kindly for consulting planDisney with this excellent question – it would be my honour as a fellow Canadian resident to offer my advice today.

I apologize that you are having trouble accessing your existing Disneyland Resort eTicket, Dannith, and I will offer some strategies that may resolve your matter. As a frequent user of official Disney websites from Canada, I find it helpful to update my browser to one that supports the Disney websites, and if using the Disneyland App please ensure that you are using the minimum device requirements. Lastly, once I sign into my Disney account, I find it helpful to switch the country filter from Canada to the United States.

If you have undertaken these above steps and you still cannot access your Disneyland Resort eTicket, I recommend you read through the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations – Modifications and Cancellations resource for details. For your convenience, I extrapolated vital promotional 2020 Canada Resident Ticket details, and I quote, “If you purchased a promotional 2020 Canada Resident Ticket or Australia/New Zealand Resident Ticket, and have not used it, the expiration date will be extended until December 15, 2022, and the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or December 15, 2022, whichever occurs first. Guests who made their first visit between February 28 and March 13, 2020, but did not reach their ticket's maximum number of uses, will have the 13-day expiration period of their promotional tickets extended to December 15, 2022.” (Theme Park Tickets & Reservations, Modifications and Cancellations).

My best advice, Dannith, would be to contact Disneyland Resort – Tickets by phone, or Disneyland Resort Help Center by email for direction and resolution. I am confident that every effort will be made to resolve this matter. As a fellow Guest myself, I am only able to provide you with first-hand advice, and I am not privy to backstage information to be able to offer you a concrete solution.

Dannith, if you are afforded the opportunity to place the value of your existing eTickets toward the purchase of new ones, please ensure that you link those tickets to your Disney account, and kindly keep any receipt confirmations for future reference.

I wish you all the best with your matter, Dannith, and I look forward to helping you in the future with all the fun that awaits your arrival at the Disneyland Resort when you are ready.
