While some of your vacation's details will automatically appear in your
My Disney Experience account — just like magic — others will need to be manually linked. Since your tickets are not appearing in your account, you'll need to follow
this link and enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID as shown on the screen. If you don't have a physical ticket, try entering the Confirmation Number from the email you received at the time of purchase.
You can also link your theme park tickets through your My Disney Experience app by selecting the three horizontal lines from the icons at the bottom of the screen, choosing 'My Tickets & Passes', and then the blue '+' that appears in the top right corner of the screen. This will populate several options, and you'll want to choose 'Link Tickets & Passes' before following the prompts that will walk you through the linking process.
If you encounter any issues with the processes outlined above, your best bet for a timely solution will be to
reach out directly to a Cast Member by phone tonight or to head to a ticket window at the entrance to the theme park you'll be visiting tomorrow. Either way, be sure to have your ticket confirmation handy!
