Hi Cathy,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question, my fellow international Guest!
If I understand your question correctly, you’re looking to purchase Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, you can’t purchase a Single Day Ticket on the
European version of the Walt Disney World Resort website. I’m not sure whether you can access the United States – English version but, if you can, please click on this link to visit the North American
Theme Park Tickets purchasing page. You might be able to make your purchase that way or by downloading the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to your smartphone (if you can in your region) and accessing the in-app ticket purchasing options.
If neither of those options works, your only options would be to speak to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner (travel agent) to see whether they can assist you or to purchase your Theme Park Tickets when you arrive in the United States. I recommend that you purchase your tickets at the
Disney Springs Welcome Center prior to the day on which you plan to visit one of the Theme Parks. That way, you’ll be able to get to the Magic and start your Disney Day more quickly on the day of your “actual” visit.
I strongly encourage you to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Tool to make sure that the date you’d like to visit is still available. Please note that, the closer you get to your vacation dates, the more availability can become limited for all Parks. If you think that you might be visiting on a particularly busy day (especially if that day falls on a holiday in the United States or in March/April during Spring Break), then your best bet might be to purchase a 2 Day Theme Park Ticket before leaving home so that you can “lock in” your preferred dates. Even though that may be a more expensive option, at least then you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing that the Theme Park that you’d like to visit will be “sold out” when you arrive.
If none of these options works for you, please
contact Walt Disney World Resort by phone or come back and visit us with more details, including what steps you have/haven’t tried to resolve this issue. We’re always more than happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
