There are a few troubleshooting tricks I like to try when using my mobile device. I always check to see if the
mobile app first needs to be upgraded. After that, I usually sign out of my Disney account and restart my entire phone. That usually does the trick.
I’ve personally never received a QR code when I’ve booked
packages in the past, but I have received a barcode or numerical series of numbers. If you see that on your email, you may want to try manually entering everything instead of scanning it. That may also do the trick.
If you are still running into trouble, I do recommend giving the Disneyland Resort
Website Support line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help link your purchases to your account.
