    Thanks so much for stopping by. Let me see if I can help you, okay? 

    My theory is that you may already have reservations. If you bought your tickets through the Disneyland Resort's website, you should already have park reservations tied to these tickets. 

    Let me show you how to test this theory: You will log into your Disneyland Resort account to confirm if reservations are there, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), click on "View My Park Reservations" to see your existing bookings.

    If you can't see any reservations, you can contact the Website Support Cast Members at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to help you identify the problem and fix it!
