Hi Janelle,
planDisney to the rescue! Thank you for trusting us in this moment!
I had a similar issue this week and had to switch to my laptop. For whatever reason, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App would not allow me to make dining reservations. I kept getting a message that an error occurred. When I switched to my laptop, I was able to make those reservations just fine. If you do not have a laptop or computer, try logging into My Disney Experience via the internet on your mobile phone.
If neither of these strategies works, I suggest
contacting a Cast Member to get some help with those dining reservations. Once made, be sure that you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. If you have Tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option, I recommend that your dining reservations be in the parks where you have park pass reservations. On my last trip, Magic Kingdom closed to park hopping for a while one day. So, keep in mind that the ability to park hop depends on the crowds and park capacity at the time of your visit.
Although it's clear you are planning in advance, do not panic if there are dining reservations that you cannot make. Cancelations do happen. I had trouble making dining reservations using the mobile app on the day reservations opened for
Space 220 Restaurant. Luckily, I got to my laptop in time to snag a lunch reservation before they all disappeared!
Janelle, I am sending some dining reservation pixie dust. As you make those reservations be sure to also check the menus of each restaurant to see the pricing. We use that pricing to estimate our food costs for each trip.
Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of our favorite dining locations. If you click on View Menu from the restaurant's home page, you will see the pricing for each meal period!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
