Hi. I cannot see a reservation number listed for Magic Kingdom on my future plans, but when I go into it, it is definitely there? Does it need to be accepted by someone in Disney? Thanks

    Hello Rachael,

Welcome to planDisney!  It's so great to see you here at our pixie-dusted spot.

Rachael, it sure sounds as if you've already been busy planning toward your spooktacular October holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.  The Halloween season at the most magical place on earth is practically perfect in every way as Mickey always decorates the Resorts and Parks with lots of extra pumpkin spice!

I'm sure you already know that successfully linking valid Magic Tickets to a My Disney Experience account is tiggerifically important as it enables Guests to go ahead and make Disney Park Pass reservations for their intended Disney days.  To the best of my knowledge, this linking process happens - as if by Mickey-magic!

To link Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account, simply follow these instructions -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

To try and best understand your enquiry Rachael, I've just taken a peek at my Upcoming Plans within my own personal My Disney Experience account.  I'm more than happy to share that each of my own confirmed Disney Park Pass reservations does indeed have a reservation number associated with it when viewed via the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

However, if I view my own personal Upcoming Plans via My Disney Experience on a desktop computer, I'm not actually able to see any associated reservation numbers, even though I know my Disney Park Pass reservations are all set!

As I'm unable to take a peek at your My Disney Experience account, I do wonder if a call to Cast Members in Technical and Website Services would be a good way forward for you.  By calling, and speaking to an expert Cast Member, you'll know for sure if all your plans are ready, set, and go for your upcoming October holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

To connect with Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Rachael, I hope I've been able to provide a little bibbidi-bobbidi-boo insight for you today.  Please don't hesitate to drop back to me here at planDisney if you should have any follow-up questions concerning your Autumnal plans to holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
