I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through on the phone to Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort. With lots of Guests finalizing their summer plans at this time, Cast Members are experiencing very high call volumes and longer than usual wait times.
It sounds like you're having difficulty getting all of your plans synced in your My Disney Experience account. We had multiple accounts for my daughter at one time, and I had the same issue - I was unable to see her ticket information until we got it resolved. A Cast Member from the Reservations Team would definitely be able to look a little deeper into your account and help you sort out the issue, and get it all straightened out. If you're having difficulty reaching the
Disney Reservation Center by phone, you can try
sending an email to the
Help Center, and a Cast Member will get back to you. For ticket questions, you can also try reaching out with an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. Make sure to have any confirmation information on hand, as it will help them to locate your reservation and better serve you.
