Hiya, Zihao! I am thrilled to welcome you to planDisney, although I wish you were not experiencing the grim, grinning ghosts in the machine. You just never know when they take ghoulish delight in wreaking havoc on our plans.
I've had issues using Apple Pay at
Walt Disney World Resort when using the
My Disney Experience app for
mobile food ordering. I could set up my order, but I would receive an error message when trying to pay. Apple Pay would say I needed to enter my billing address for my
Disney Rewards Visa, even though it was already in the system. I deleted my card from Apple Pay and reloaded it, which resolved the issue for me. Even if your card is correctly stored in Apple Pay, you may want to try removing it and starting over.
If this doesn't work, you can enter the credit card information directly to complete the
Lightning Lane pass purchase.
If technical issues are still haunting you, you may want to call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ line to see if Cast Members with their crystal ball can help.
While you have your credit card in hand, you can store it as a payment method in the My Disney Experience app, and it will materialize to make mobile ordering, mobile merchandise checkout and purchasing Lightning Lanes easy.
Zihao, I hope one of these suggestions works for you. And if your plans include a day at Magic Kingdom Park, say "Boo!" to our playful friends in the
Haunted Mansion. If you have any other questions, please hurry back to
planDisney. We're dying to help!
Your Doom Buggy Awaits!
