    i cannot order magic bands - is the site broken?

    Thank you for taking the time to send us your very first question. We are always thrilled to help fellow Guests plan a Walt Disney World Resort getaway!

    I am happy to hear that you are considering purchasing a MagicBand! I cannot imagine visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth without one. They can be used to enter the theme parks and water parks (with valid admission), link Disney PhotoPass content to My Disney Experience, open the door of your Guest room, and charge food and merchandise purchases to your account during your stay. They also make great souvenirs and even magical Christmas ornaments you can hang on your tree to remind you of your pixie-dusted Disney vacation!

    I wonder what could be keeping you from ordering MagicBands at pre-arrival prices. Is your Disney Resort hotel reservation number linked to your Disney account? Please sign in to your Disney account to confirm that your reservation is linked, and then visit My MagicBands and Cards and try selecting MagicBands for your next stay. If you are still unable to make selections, I recommend calling (407) 939-4357 for assistance. Remember that you are also welcome to buy MagicBands at retail locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort upon arrival.
