The Disney World website is designed for optimal viewing with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. I would recommend that you try on a computer, not a mobile device. James, once you have Theme Park Tickets reserved, you should use your confirmation number to link these into your My Disney Experience account. After this, you may go ahead and book
Disney Park Pass Reservations for each person traveling! A valid Theme Park Ticket plus Park Pass Reservation is all that is needed to enjoy a fabulous day visiting the Disney Parks!
