I cannot link my tickets from 2020. Is there a rep that can help me please?

    Hi Matthew,

Thank you for sending your question to us here at planDisney, we are always happy to hear from guests.  I have been patiently be waiting for the reopening of Disneyland Resort, I bet you are just as excited as I am to experience the magic in a few short weeks!

I am sorry to see that you were unable to use your Theme Park Tickets in 2020, but with the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort, most expiry dates for Theme Park Tickets have been automatically extended until December 16, 2021.  Since it looks like you have already tried to link your Theme Park Tickets, you will need to contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member.  They will be able to help link your Theme Park Tickets and you will be all set in no time!  Since there are many guests trying to sort out their Theme Park Tickets, your call may be placed in a queue and wait times may be longer than usual, but it will be worth the wait to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Once you have your Theme Park Tickets linked to your account, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible since capacity is limited due to current state guidelines.  Reservations are currently available up until June 28, 2021 and will be released on a rolling basis so be sure to check back frequently.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Disneyland Resort, Matthew.  Please feel free to come back to us here at planDisney with any other questions you may have, we are more than happy to help in any way we can.
