    I cannot link my reservation? We are staying at Disney resort and already purchased park tickets?

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! So happy to be able to help a fellow Floridian! I am sorry you are experiencing issues linking your resort reservation to your My Disney Experience Account. I have had a similar issue before and have had to call Guest Services so that they can access my account with me on the phone. They were able to correct the issue so that I could make my Disney Park Pass Reservations. Before I refer you to Guest Services, you want to ensure that you have your confirmation number. You can call Guest Services at 1 (407) 939-4357. Hope this helps Jennifer!
