    I cannot link my hotel reservation to my Disney app. It continues to say that there is no reservation.

    I'm visiting the Disneyland Resort soon, and I also had a little trouble linking my reservation to my app because I have two last names. Everything worked fine after I removed my second last name, though. Could it be the same for you?

    Another possibility is that you could be using a confirmation number from a third-party agency instead of a Disneyland Resort Hotel booking number. If that's the case, the solution is to call the agency and get the Disneyland Resort Hotel confirmation number. 

    If these alternatives don't work, the best solution is to call a Cast Member! I'm sure they will be happy to help, and you'll be in great hands. The best number to reach them is (714) 956-6425.
