If you're having trouble locating your
Disney Resort hotel reservation in your My Disney Experience account, no worries. I've got a few helpful tips to get you back on track!
First, try signing out and then signing back in to your account. Sometimes, a quick refresh is all it takes to get things to appear just right.
Next, if you’ve been using the mobile app, I highly recommend switching to a desktop or laptop computer to log in to the My Disney Experience website. Personally, I’ve found it much easier to navigate when I’m linking reservations or setting up plans for the first time.
If your reservation still isn’t showing up, you can try manually linking it by visiting the “
My Plans” section on the website, clicking “
Link a Reservation,” and entering the confirmation number along with the last name associated with the booking.
Last, if you're still having a bit of trouble, help is just a call away! Reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line, and they’ll be happy to assist you in getting everything linked properly.
Once your reservation is linked, you'll be able to check into your resort online, and even unlock your room door from the app once you've arrived on property. Now that’s Disney magic at your fingertips!
