I cannot link my e-ticket to the disney world app it keeps saying invalid?

    Hiya Eddie!

Welcome to planDisney, the Most Magical Place on the internet! I am so excited that you have decided to stop by and ask us your question, and I am honoured to be a part of your magical vacation. How excited are you to be soaking in all the Disney magic at the Walt Disney World Resort? Being at the theme parks is so magical, but I always feel that the time leading up to a Disney vacation is almost just as magical!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical issues while linking your theme park tickets! Thankfully, however, there are a few things we can do to bibbidi, bobbidi, boo this issue away. First, it is possible that your theme park tickets might have already been linked to your account. Indeed, if you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your tickets, they might have already been linked to your account. To verify if they have already been linked, log into your My Disney Experience account, click on "My Plans," and "Tickets & Memory Maker." There, you will be able to see all tickets linked to your account and those in your Family & Friends List. If the tickets were not connected, I suggest logging into your account on a different device or a different browser. Indeed, using my smartphone rather than my computer sometimes helps fix minor bugs like this, and vice versa. If difficulties persist, reach out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone using the Help Center. Disney Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers, and I always turn to them when I need help!

Once your tickets are linked to your account, make sure to schedule your theme park reservations! At this time, theme park reservations are required in addition to your theme park ticket for valid admission. Theme park reservations are necessary for each day you intend to visit the theme parks, but if you have the Park Hopper Option, you will only have to make one reservation for the first park you will be visiting. However, you will have to visit the theme park of your reservation first before you can start park hopping at 2 P.M. Although I am not sure exactly when you will be visiting, I hope that you will be able to experience the unique offerings of the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. I always love going from booth to booth and trying the different food options! Then, end the night with the new nighttime spectacular "Harmonious," which will transport you around the World Showcase through the music and animation of your favourite Disney stories.

I hope this was helpful, Eddie, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, and you've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
