Hi Samantha. Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. Your Disneyland Resort visit is just a few weeks away!
I'm happy to tell you that if for any reason you cannot make your scheduled theme park ticket reservations, you are able to cancel and rebook for another time. Refunds are not offered for tickets according to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions. However, it does state that the amount of wholly, unused ticket that has expired can be used towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater valued ticket. These are both great fallbacks should your scheduled plans to visit the park change.
If you need to cancel your ticket, you will need to log in to your Disneyland account. Then you will hover over "My Disneyland" and then select "
Ticket and Reservation Details". From there, you will scroll down just a bit on the page and click on "View My Park Reservations". This will take you to a page where you can see all the current reservations you have for your tickets. This is where you also will be able to cancel any reservations. You will then be able to go and schedule new reservations or wait until you have new dates figured out.
I really hope your plans work out for you to get to Disneyland Resort soon, but should you have to reschedule you may want to think about making your new reservations you may want to think about catching some of the returning
nighttime spectaculars! I am so excited to see Main Street Electrical Parade make it's return along with the new and exciting additions to it.
Samantha, I hope this answer gives you peace of mind that you have the flexibility to visit The Happiest Place on Earth when the time is right for you. Be sure to stop by if you have any other questions. See you real soon!
Carrie
