I am sorry you are having troubles with your vacation planning. I will walk you through a few steps to make sure you are on the right track. If at any time you are still seeing error messages,
give a call to a friendly Cast Member who can help you with your technical issue.
Let's start with tickets. Make sure you have purchased a
Theme Park Ticket for each guest in your party and that they are
linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once each guest has a ticket linked, you can take the next step of making
Theme Park Reservations. Make sure you are signed into your
My Disney Experience account when doing this.
Once you are all booked and linked, you should be able to see your plans in your My Disney Experience account. This will include resort reservations,
dining reservations, tickets, and park reservations.
